Kory got his start in the industry with Eye Dialogue after receiving a degree in English Literature from Appalachian State University. His familiarity with the English language, coupled with a unique aesthetic sensibility and over three years of hands-on experience, allows him to effortlessly communicate with clients in order to translate their vision into a reality, helping them create stunning visuals and inviting atmospheres.

Sam began working in event production at the age of 13 for his father's AVL Production company in New York. With over 15 years of industry experience and an unbridled passion for what he does, Sam strives to exceed clients expectations by ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner in accordance with their vision.

DON JAMES | Owner
Don James has been a pastor for 36 years and has an extensive background in training, management, and finance. He has significant experience with planning conventions for missionaries in many large hotels throughout the US. Though new to the audio visual industry he is excited about the new technology.
ALEX MIANO | THE LEGEND
Alex began with Eye Dialogue when he was very young. Over the years he developed strong skills as a designer, manager, and role model for his fellow employees. He quickly rose up the ranks to one of the most respected designers of the company.
Unfortunately Alex passed away this past year, but his work ethic and compassionate manner still inspires the team daily.
