lighting situations. The Vision Scan 575s has all the effects for
DJ’s lighting show and a frost filter for complete stage washes.
This rig has more diversity than the band rig. The 8 Opti Par RGB’s
can brightly wash the stage without the moving fixtures. The Octopod
80s are a great uplight for accents and building the music. The

*All rigs include all necessary cabling set-up,
programming, operation, and break down. Delivery is free for the
first 20 miles, additional charges may incur if further travel is
required ($1 per mile). If the event is more than 60 miles away
a room and board of $75 will be applied.
*Maximum run time for an event is 4 hours each
additional hour is $100. Setup must take place four uninterrupted
hours before show time and at least 2 hours of break down must be
allowed after the show for a maximum day of 10 uninterrupted hours.
A penalty of $150 will occur if either setup or break down must
happen at a different pre-arranged time. In the case of sudden on-site
changes concerning breakdown or setup, a minimum penalty of $250
will be charged.
*Clients are welcome to run the fixtures if
sober and make suggestions on placement. However, our technicians
make the final decisions. If you would like a custom rig, please
contact our designers who will guide you through the process. These
lighting packages are designed to save you money and time. They
are preprogrammed and sometimes fixtures cannot be moved.
*Pictures of the space and power locations
are required, 50% deposit is due upon booking. The power required
is standard Edison outlets if a PD box is required additional charges
will occur.
**Light
Operators/ Programmers are $250 a day with a maximum of an 8 hour
day within Charlotte city Limits. Each additional hour is $50. Call
for discounts for weekly gigs. |
